Hey! I’m Jonathan. I’m a Director (of Photography) based in Huntsville, Alabama. As an Auburn University grad with a background consisting heavily of athletics and music, I try to bring my own flair to the filmmaking process.

I began my filmmaking career in 2014 with a short film I co-produced under the name Almost Home Productions, and I’ve gone on to work with the Emmy Award winning War Eagle Productions and the doc-style production company, Camisary, Inc.. I’m currently freelancing and have worked with companies such as ESPNU, SEC Network, and NBC Sports.

For a more consistent income, I began shooting wedding films in Spring 2017 and co-founded a company, Cardinal Films, in Spring 2018. I continued to shoot weddings until Graduating from UAH in May 2022 with a degree in Civil Engineering and shut down Cardinal Films in pursuit of a better work-life balance and more personal film projects. I write, shoot, & edit my own stuff. I LOVE to collaborate too! I’m an Avid Media Composer Certified User as of May '16, but I really prefer using Adobe Premiere Pro. Now I am officially a Civil Engineer as well.

I’m a lover of all things Coca-Cola, photography, music, and am an avid sports fan. War Eagle!
